I have a new W2k server box with two processors. The question is:
- is IBAffinity still needed for IB 5.6 on W2k, and if so where can I
find the latest version?

I have tries v 1.3 but it fails telling it can't find the ibserver
process (though the service is running). Perhaps I need to tune
something up...
