AFAIK (I might be wrong):

- 1.0 was built with VC6 for sure.

- 1.5 and 2.0 were built with VC6 and VC7, but I don't know exactly.
I'll ask the developers and let you know ASAP.

- Firebird 2.1 is built with VC8.
