I've been trying to configure FirebirdSS1.5 in Mandriva 2006, Apache 2
and PHP 5 environment but I'm having a hardtime for several days now.
Firebird SS1.5 installs and runs perfectly in Mandriva but I can't get
PHP5 working. I've compiled PHP and was able to generate the
interbase.so file but the Firebird (ibase_*) functions remain
undefined. Has anyone in this group successfully configured
PHP/Firebird in the same environment? Any tips, advice or reference to
a documentation will be appreciated.
