You could put it on GitHub. Note that there is a jaybird version for android, but in general access through an application specific service is better.

Hello
I wanted to solve the problem:
How do I use Firebird from my cell phone?
I'm not sure if maybe there are other drivers for Android... but I
wanted one in pure Java.
So I ended up writing just a thing which sends and receives text from a
Windows service. The service then connects to Firebird.
This is useful for local Wi-Fi environments -- my software does lack
encrypted authentication, so local network only...
Perhaps I would help some people putting my software on the internet?
Installer says "Public Domain" (not copyrighted.)
I already have a website.. but I wonder where I can link to my site.
Haven't created the page yet.
Thank you,
Misha
