I really get the feeling you are approaching this the wrong way. You simply need to use the jaybird-2.1.6-full.jar in your project (and/or add it to the classpath).

I get the feeling you are trying to include the source of Jaybird into your own program, which you really should not do. You should use jaybird as a library to your program. It will work without the weird things you seem to be doing.
