Never mind, seems I did not have deps right for the Gentoo Linux ebuild.
I was missing junit. Despite us have flag for running tests on compile.
Conditional use of junit. It seems the test stuff is always compiled by
default. Which instead of making the package dependent on junit. I will
just make a patch to not compile the junit stuff, or run the tests, if
the test flag is not set.
