First I tried the <form accept-charset="utf-8">
didn't work
then I tried the utf8_encode function in php, didn't work, guess
because it encodes iso8859-1 and maybe the weather wasn't really
iso8859-1 at that moment
I read your message again, and inserted a META tag in my doc, and it
works as intended.
