Does anyone know of any accounting software, either GUI or web based, that
works with Firebird as a backend database? My main goal is to find
something that I can integrate into it, and offload credit card payment
processing to it, along with accounts receiveable, general ledger and sales
reporting.

Ideally something that would work with US based accounting regulations.
