Hello all,
I've had a talk accepted for the O'Reilly Open Source Conference in
Portland Oregon (USA) August 2-5. Now I've got to write it. The topic
is Firebird configurations, by which I mean embedded, classic, &
SuperServer - with a dash of Vulcan to be added. The point I want to
make is that many applications start small and grow - I suppose others
start medium sized and become personal, or provide read-only CD support.
I want to justify our different configurations both as serving different
types of applications and as serving scalable applications. If you've
built (or are planning) a application that takes advantage of different
configurations, I'd like to hear about it.
Thanks,
Ann
