Hi all,
i have installed the latest release of FB1.5 at a clients' site, he
runs a Windows 2003 Server cluster system.
I can't connect through local protocol, no matter where i put my
database. gbak also will only work, if i specify the database name as
remote, eg. localhost:c:\...
All the settings of the FB server are at the default so far. As a
reference, i tried the installation on another Win2k3 system (SBS) and
it acts the same. No local connects.
Is this a "feature", and if so, is it from "FB" or from "MS" ??
Any help greatly appreciated.
