No, that "crap" is still there in the D7 Help. Actually, it needs to be,
as CLX is available on Windows as well in D7, with visual wrappers round
the QT for Windows control interfaces. They did patch up the help,
though, so now the help topics are actually labeled (VCL Reference) or (CLX
Reference).
