All--
We're looking at giving Firebird a try in the office soon and I've been
looking over the wealth of tools available for administering a Firebird
database. Short of downloading, installing, and trying all of them, it's
pretty hard to tell which one is going to meet our needs.
We're a mixed-OS shop, but most Firebird work will be done on Windows.
All of the people who will be working on Firebird have some experience
with Microsoft SQL Server. Is there an admin tool out there that is
similar in look and feel to SQL Server's Enterprise Manager and SQL
Query Analyzer? Ultimately, we'll choose a tool based on other criteria
but, for now, we'd like to keep the learning curve as gentle as
possible.
TIA
