Question about p. 216. The page starts with the section called "Keys
Are Not Indexes". The first sentence in the section says "Indexes are
not keys." Was this intentional? I found this confusing, and I think
the "Indexes are not keys" sentence is unnecessary. Oh well, just one
guy's opinion...
