Hi,
(hopefully this is the right place for this question)
I just installed ibAdmin (free version) on a windows2000 client, and Firebird 1.5 on a
windows2000 server.
ibAdmin does not let me create a database on the server. The error is either access
denied, or path not found.
1) is there anything special I need to do on the server regarding permissions for
ibAdmin? my windows account does have full access
2) what is the expected path-to-the-server protocol? I'm using:
\\MyServer\SharedDirectory\sub1\sub2
or
//MyServer/SharedDirectory/sub1/sub2
Thanks for any tips,
Kyle
