Yup, it's not going to be in 2004. But I do hope to have it in good shape
by the 2004 Fulda conference (May). Before that, I hope it will be out
there with people constructing data for it. (The plan is to have a variety
of sets of data, in a choice of character sets...and maybe a sponsored
competition of some sort to get some useful data).
