The way that users were going to be counted in 6.0, did change - in that a
connection was to be a user, this was done to make the counting of
connections / users easier. However with Open Source, free deployment and
unlimited users this didn't have any ramifications.

That was the plan, before Open Source, and before Borland re-introduced
licensing (oops:-))

I'd say its usable now, its only at 0.9x, because 1.0 is to have some new
functionality, although others please jump in and correct me if I am wildly
wrong in this statement.
