Glad you have appreciated the current situation.
I see no problem with a firebirdsql site on it's own, as the
sourceforge site is really the development base and not the
promoter, but none of us have the time to tidy what is
currently available. What with Kylix coming online as well.
So 'extra' work is a problem when most of us 'users' are
happy with the current 'support' network, just following
these massages has used up valuable time.
Add IBObjects into the equation as well, as I see it as the
only way to use firebird properly unless you have time to
write your own direct interface. I won't be changing, and I
can't see IBX handling any new features that are Firebird
specific.
