The licence is made by borland...
I haven't read it with attention, but I think that if they want
they can do whatever they want...
in fact the property of interbase is still of Inprise
and I think that they don't make legal problems to themselves.....
Also I think that they will write something and they will release
the missing part as soon as their big company times will permit...
