You can use IBO. My sources are constantly available to those who ask for an
evaluation or who graciously submit a Trustware license fee for profitable
commercial endeavors...

I am eager to incorporate people's improvements and suggestions and have a
track record of almost 4 years of doing just that. Ask anyone who uses IBO
and they will affirm that it is as open as a commercial offering gets.
