whereas InstallShield basic (or lite or whatever it's called) comes with
Borland tools.
I thought CrapShield would figure out that files that are in use should be
put in the special registry key that notifies the system that it should
replace that files on reboot, but it seems that the installation should be
configured for that.
For uninstalling in manual mode, you could provide another REG file that
only erases the registry keys you created and later the user can delete the
files.
