Hello.

I have received numerous reports that the installer can not replace
msvcrt.dll. It seems that in working box that system dll is always locked.
To work around this problem I have built new version (3) that uses static
linking to ms runtime. Also, those who don't like install shield or don't
want to download about 1 meg of dummy data, can use alternative zip pack
which needs manual install (just 84k).
