Hi all,

For those having trouble getting the latest IBConsole builds from
CodeCentral, you can now download Build 316 and the release notes directly
from the IBDI site at http://www.interbase2000.org/binaries.htm

We will do our best to keep the builds up to date as Jeff Overcash works
through the bug fixes. Thanks, Jeff!
