of community must be expanded to include the end users and not just the
developers. Yes it's true that I am latecomer to Interbase and yes it's
true that I am (potentially) "just" a user of this database. But that does
not mean me and the people like me are not important to this community. I
suggest that people that are not involved in all the politicking and who
have a more dispassionate outlook are just the type of people that can have
a more objective outlook on the state of affairs. All I ask for clarity.
Before I choose to join or not join a community effort of any sort I want
to know who is in and who is out. Who are the leaders and what is their
vision. Right now IBDI seems more like a company then a community. Which is it?
