This is an error message from ibmgr when it tries to restart
an IBserver to early.

Could be a reason, try to create a link libncurses.so.3 to
libncurses.so.4
I have linked libncurses.so.3.0 to
/usr/i486-linux-libc5/lib/libncurses.so.3.0

I don't know why there are so many problems with RedHat distributions
