The new build of odbc driver is uploaded to

Changes from build 6

- Two nasty errors with data conversion are fixed.
These occured while converting the data from certain
NUMERIC/DECIMAL data types to floating point and
string formats.
- The treatment of case-sensitive metadata has been
changed.
- The simultaneous execution of several database
connections is allowed now.
