Hey, we're not having an academic discussion here, are we? I don't think we
have a problem and I don't think my viewpoint needs expanding.

I just saw two volunteers pursuing the question of what the best version
control system would be for use with IBDI. I thought that the evidence for
using CVS was pretty overwhelming and that it is likely no other system
would be so compelling that the IBDI team would pick it. That decision
would be to much at odds with the trend in the open source community that
it seems foolish. Therefore, I was just suggesting that the effort to
review the alternatives might be better spent pursuing other tasks.

I thought it was clear I support your efforts (if that's where you really
want to put in time). Didn't I say that?

For now let's drop it. It is not important.
