Would as many of you that have a minute do me a favor?

I have just posted to the net an application that can be used on a Windows
machine with the IB Client installed to fill out and submit a survey to a
database I have designed.

Please go to http://www.interbase2000.org and download the self extracting
file and give it a whirl. I've tested it a few times and know it does work
but I'm sure there are some improvements that can be made. It's only a 400K
download.

If you have IBO and want the source to it I'll be happy to provide it for
you. It is an IBO app...
