Chad,
The most effective way (to save my time) would be if you could screen the
contributions here and drop the results into the mailbox on the IBTopics page.

Bare-bones HTML would be nice - just <P>, <font="Arial"> etc. and
tabulation tags would also be a great timesaver for me as I can just drop
the items straight into the page; similarly when the forum topics move
into the database.

Whatever is decided here about choice of VCS, we will then have the FAQ
there so others can see how the decision was arrived at.
