There are also nice GUI front-ends for CVS on various platforms (Mac. Win,
X-Windows). The CVS also runs on various platforms itself. Of course, the
CVS is somehow ugly (i've used SourceSafe), but after i play with it for
awhile, i've found it very nice and powerful.
