I fixed what I known. I only included UDFs that come directly with
Firebird (ib_udf and fb_udf*). If I wanted to include FreeUDFLib and
rfunc, we would have even more, but I'm sure other DBMSes could have the
same? Or should we add those as well, with a sidenote perhaps?

Anyway, it would be nice if someone else would browse through it and see
if I missed something. With some of the things I wasn't sure what they
meant (i.e. what the feature is all about), so those of you who have
experience with other DBMSes might know.
