The IBPhoenix server is currently under a denial of server
attack from an unregistered IP of 207.241.185.188. Not being
Linux (redhat 6.2) system administration gurus, we need some
help. The attack is a cyclical FTP request for a sequence of
PDF files.

Yes, I know this isn't a Linux system administration list. But
it is where I tend to hang out.

Any suggestions of how to either block this jerk and/or hunt
him down would be greatly appreciated.
