I'd like to request that zero length delimited identifiers be disallowed.
The reason is because I cannot distinguish them from the case where there is
no identifier in the XSQLVAR structure.

Either that or make it so that the XSQLVAR structure will put in a -1 for
the length when there isn't an identifier there or a 0 when the identifier
is truly 0 characters long.
