As a developer and INPR shareholder I can see both sides but, as a public
company the shareholders come first.

Now ,if I was one of the key contributors of to the source code I would get
all the key people together, form a company ex.. "Red Hat Interbase', get an
800 support number and a business plan. I would do so within 30 days!

There is no shortage of investors that would be banging you door down to
provide start up funds....

You all should leave that emotional crap behind and get down to business
before the competition can get a foothold...
