Yes, "pg_PG" is pig-latin as used in "PigLatina". It is what I used
to test all the translation tools.
(Pig Latin is an algorithmic change from English, it's longer than
English, and anytime you see an English message you know you've found
a message that isn't in the translation kit).

It can be dropped from msg.gdb. I think one of the tools in the msg
directory will recreate it.
