Table TRANSMSGS contains translations. There's a locale "pg_PG". Since
english isn't my native language I cant say what "pg" stands for, but I sure
can tell that "jclear" was rather bored at the time.

Example:
"tartedsay ransactiontay" (started transaction).

Would anyone mind if we dropped that extra load from the MSG database? If
someone really, really, wants to save this to show the grandchildren, could
it possibly be backed up XDR separately?

Btw, the bug-squashing has begun. Fixed memory overruns in gstat. :-)
