Paul Beach received a signed release from Dale Fuller (Inprise/Borland CEO) for
Cobalt to distribute InterBase 6.0 with their platforms and also provide a
downloadable version of InterBase for their hardware platform.

ISC president Ann Harrison talks to the press about the InterBase source
release, "this month".

But Mr Delay tells the press it's already happened: "We've open-sourced
InterBase and spun it out to be a separate company."
