It just hit me...

What does Inprise need lawyers for -- in regard to Interbase?

If this is the pace that Inprise Legal Division are doing their job, maybe,
they should be the ones on the chopping block. Imagine, how many months were
they given to prepare the legal things, and still not finished?

This should be one for the books:
- Software development -> done
- Legal papers -> not ready.

I mean, usually, it is the software that causes the delay, right (like in
boo.com), while legal matters are usually straight forward and can be done
in a few days time...

But months...?

Just a guess.. The Borland Legal Team is composed of former programmers...
of pre-Delphi era.
