Well, is there more info on this ?
I had made some server project (nothing related to IB) that accepted
connections on a NT4 Server for about 400 sockets at the same time.
Where's the 'implied' limitation to about 256 ?
On Win95/98 that same project started to fail consistently before, but close
to, the limit of 256. But not NT4, so presumably also not on Windows 2000.
