Please seriously consider IB_WISQL as a replacement to WISQL.

If it doesn't have some things you want, lend me the sources to WISQL and
I'll port them into IB_WISQL.

I've been giving it away as total freeware so there are no issues with
licensing to worry about. Plus, it has a ton of other useful features with
many more on the way. Like the data pump.

As for IB Consol, I have yet to familiarize myself with the new services
API's and that portion of the IBX components. I don't have a response for
that aspect since so far I am focused on the data access architecture.
