Hello everybody

I have the following problems and questions regarding IB.

1) When the character set is WIN1253(Greek) function UPPER does not
convert
greek characters to uppercase althought it converts latin (ASCII)
characters.
2) I can not connect from IBconsole using WIN1253 character set (at the
client side).
3) Are there any build in functions or UDF that behave like Oracle's NVL
and
DECODE ?
