I have Freeze problem with Interbase XE patch5.

I can not find the reason why sometimes (not often) and randomly all customers go freeze. The TCP / IP layer of interbase is in error since we are no longer able to connect with new clients. on the other hand, the local layer works.Have you had this kind of problem?
