I have repeatedly tried to purchase a renewal at the Storefront - and failed.
The process seems to end successfully, but the invoice always says
"No items in this order". I don't think the credit card was charged.
This is not my personal licence, it is the one for "Cancer Registry of Norway".
I tried again today, and the latest invoice is WEB109827.
The item I tried to order is the "Data access bundle" (USD395).
Can you take a look?
