For certain reasons, we are wanting to stay with 5.7 IBO for Seattle and move to 5.9 for Berlin. In 5.9 when I tried install it only to Berlin and not Seattle, it does not install at all. (It acts like it is doing something but alas, nothing shows up in the IDE, including a path).

Suggestions?
