I have a new customer who use a delphi application with IBObects 4.9.9 and Firebird 1.5.6.

How can I upgrade to Firebird 2.1 ?

After installing Firebird 2.1, must I recompile and deploy the application, or can I just change fireclient client on all computer without the need to recompile the application ?
