There are many TIB_lookupCombo boxes in my app. IBO 4.9.9 in W7 and D2010.

Press the dropdown button for any TIB_LookupCombo.
The list drops down.
Do not move the mouse further.
in less than a sec the drop down list closes.(**)
The item selected is the new selection, not another item.
I took no action and a selection was made.

Retry this.
Press the dropdown button of any TIB_lookupCombo.
Move the mouse into the drop down list.
The list does not close up until I take a select or cancel action.(***)

By contrast with this app in D6, Win Xp and IBO 4.9.14 28C this (**) behaviour does not happen.

The observations suggests there was an unusual feature in IBO 4.9.9 in TIB_LookupCombo and I should load a newer IBO on the W7+D2010 box.
