I'm using IBO 4.9.9 in D2010 in Win 7.
When I press the drop down button on all my TIB_LookupCombo controls the
selected item is selected and the box closes in less than a sec. If I press
the button and move the mouse cursor into the drop down list the box behaves
"normally".

I have IBO 4.9.14 28C in D6 in WinXP and this is OK.

Looking in this list I see no reference to this problem. I have not changed
any IBO source. Looking for advice from the group here please.
