I have finally finished up the installer for IBO 5.
Therefore, I am no longer doing releases of IBO 4.

There is also an evaluation version for all versions of Delphi and C++ Builder from version 5 on up to XE4. It also works with the trial versions that do not compile source code. My evaluation version now uses pre-compiled binaries. Therefore, its size has increased significantly. But, these days, most people can do a 25MB download readily.
