You need a meaningful bookmark and that depends upon what your KeyLinks are
set to.

What are the KeyLinks set to?

Or, are they set at all?

If they aren't set, then the bookmark for a record is its position in the
buffer. And, when you click to sort the records there is a refresh on the
server. So, new records will assume the old bookmark values.

Yes, that is what I meant. After selecting the first three
records I click on the title to sort by another field and
then all of a sudden only the top three are the only ones
selected:

A B C before, click on sort, now Z Y X are selected.
