Is there an IBO installer for D/XE3 ?

A couple of nitpicks on IB_SQL (which I use a lot!):
1. An option for export in ANSI (not only Unicode).
2. When specifying a header, the first line with data is
appended to the header instead of being on a separate line.
This is easily amended, but having to do this every time
is inconvenient.
