cpLocal needs Server to be blank. Server "localhost" is the the TCP/IP local loopback server, which is incompatible with cpLocal.

Yes, it should, as cpTCP_IP is a correct protocol when Server is provided, but it won't work with FB embedded.

Firebird documentation? Maybe you also need to be reminded that FB embedded will not work with any protocol but the "serverless" one (cpLocal).

The usual reason is that the Yahoogroups server has received excessive bounces from your POP3 server - meaning your mail server is rejecting the list posts for some reason.
